• We do not offer refunds or monetary reimbursements for any returned items.
• Returns will only be processed as exchanges for another item of equal value.
• If the desired exchange item is unavailable, customers may select an alternative item of the same value or receive a store credit valid for future purchases.
3. Condition of Returned Items
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations or modifications.
• Any item that shows visible signs of wear and tear, stains, rips, makeup marks, deodorant marks, perfumes, or any other damage will not be accepted.
• All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
• We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return conditions.
4. Size and Fit Advisory
• Customers are strongly advised to consult our size guides or reach out to our customer service team before making a purchase to ensure the best fit.
• Exchanges due to incorrect sizing will be processed in accordance with this policy and subject to item availability.
• Material Girl Uganda Limited is not responsible for size selection errors made by customers.
5. Return Process
• Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team within the 14-day return window.
• The item must be returned to the specified address at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.
• Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the exchange will be processed.
6. Allergy Disclaimer
• Material Girl Uganda Limited shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions caused by wearing our clothing.
• Customers with specific allergens are advised to declare their allergies before making a purchase to ensure the suitability of the materials used in our garments.
